"....Scott’s true metal was put to the test for the wine pairing dinner of twelve that he prepared for my wife and my birthday party. This was a five course meal that was truly superb. The first course was a heirloom tomato and goat cheese salad with champagne pesto dressing, we had champagne to accompany this. The salad was light and delicious. The second course really knocked our guest out of there chairs with fresh Crab Bisque soup and an amazing fresh Crab Cake to accompany it- (Chardonnay). The third course was a Chilean Sea Bass with a white wine cream sauce- flavorful yet light- (Gavi di Gavi)."



















...Scott made a Filet Mignon with a Marsala and Red Wine portabella mushroom sauce that rivals any of the best French restaurants. As a matter of fact my wife and I recently went to Melisse Restaurant in LA which boasts a 4.5 star rating- We went for the five course meal and I must confess that in my humble opinion not one course was as enjoyable as Scott’s- we had a crab cake, fish & steak.

Scott found early refuge in the food service business. On his own at age seventeen, he felt the hard knocks sooner than most. His first job as a soda jerk progressed quickly into sandwiches ice cream and desserts, and by eighteen, somewhat prematurely he was running a small kitchen in an Italian restaurant. The restaurants more diverse menu inspired a desire to increase his knowledge of the food industry, so he moved on to spend the next several years learning global techniques and preparations behind the scenes as a server and cook. Cooking soon became more than a satisfactory way to earn a living in 2002; Scott realized a creative passion; a way to extend his artistic nature into immediate satisfaction for both himself and those who enjoyed his food privately in the home and on location.




























Today, his meticulous preparation is evident in every dish. He is charming and diverse, and his exuberant and comfortable style has invited many opportunities to work with notable celebrity clients such as Will Smith, Mary J Blige, Greg Daniels, Katey Sagal, Jimmy Kimmel, and Carlos Mencia. He has also been seen as a guest "chef-host" on four Los Angeles based cooking shows. His most recent challenge and accomplishment was being contracted to design and instruct a weekly culinary program for 300 children, ages 9-17. Scott's personal specialties are Japanese, Mediterranean, Italian, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Greek and American fare; with a strong flare in sauces and soups.
